What if you have an assassin who just kills it on the first hit? Your complex plans don't work. =P

Assassin = kills 300hp
(300/300 + 0/300) = 2000xp + group bonus
Cleric (0/300 + 0/300) = 0xp + group bonus
Why should the cleric get any exp for not doing anything? The cleric with get a small percentage for just being grouped.
Assassin deserves the exp because he did all the work.

The point of the group experience system is to promote grouping. Previously, no one wanted to group with assassins (or anyone with a frequent burst attack) because they sucked away all the XP. If you use that system, then nothing's changed.

Yah, the whole point of putting in group experience was to promote grouping. Ceris clerics aren't made for damage so nobody wants to level them. They however should still be a valuable class and I'm working on putting in non combat exp as well as giving clerics a reason to group up and level higher.
