Dbl vigor without a wait timer....

Southbeach Park

breeze coming off the Durgas River is quite refreshing.
People can be seen all around relaxing and enjoying
themselves. You can see beach combers, beach bums,
children playing, elderly, and even city officials here.
Obvious exits: south, east, west, gate.

so basically I could bulk my inv up with lvl 2 scrolls and read a scroll then cast <spell> <target> and do two casts back to back w/ no timer.

This has been part of Mordor MUDs since their implementation.
Nothing new, and I guess debatable whether or not a bug.

This is not supposed to be a bug. It can be used for pkilling (very effective). The use of it in normal battle is limited to collecting the scrolls. Reading scrolls isn't going to help you kill something that you couldn't kill normally, but you might kill it faster.

You could, but as you have seen, the ones that drop for you consistently are the level 1 scrolls, and the vigor scrolls, not the level 2. You should also note the bulk on the silver-tubed scrolls. A couple of those and you won't be carrying anything else, especially as a low bulk capacity wolf.

And the bulk on a silver tubed is only 3... at lvl 8 I got 185 total bulk.
