Zugg, wtf?

There are several bugs with cMUD that are really bugging me. I posted about one of them on Zugg's forums, and Zugg replied pretty quickly with some questions. I went to respond to his questions and was given this error when logging in:

Please contact the webmaster or board administrator for more information.
WTF?

I send a message to support - 5 hours later, no reply. I make a second forum account and attempt to post my first reply and....
