Bad Customer Service!

I thought I would take a moment to appreciate Dom's web integration of the character interface. And decided to check my mudmail.

Ever since the birth of Plu (on June 8th, 2008), I have only received two mudmails. Both of which are from watchers. Both which make me feel unloved. What is the meaning of this?!
