Desert Iron Mines

These are the Kakkaran Iron Mines.
Under the desert sands, there are small deposits of iron. This metal
is useful to the residents of the desert, since materials for
construction is rare. However, a group of iron golems has emerged
from the iron deposits. Here, they work to mine the iron for
themselves, forging weapons and even repairing their own wounds. They
even create new golems from the iron. It looks like a
metalsmith-wizard's experiment gone wrong. The iron mines seem to
have no direction, with holes and tunnels randomly popping up and
down in the desert. It can get quite confusing.
