New quest givers have arrived in Niamei, Querost, and Sigil!

Be on the lookout for NPCs with a (!) after their name. They have important work to be done!

The quests range from levels 4 to 27 and the rewards are indeed plentiful!

I know its kind of late to ask, but is there any way to indicate a rough recommended level for quests when you get them? I'm guessing theres a level restriction on accepting them but it would be nice to know when exploring with a level 10 to see theres a quest available for around your level etc.
