Hey I think I've figured it out, thieves stop getting xp for steal after level twenty?

Lenovo do you remember getting xp anytime for successfully stealing after level 20?

Plu says she doesn't remember getting xp for a long time for stealing.

I remember I used to get it all the time just a few weeks ago.
