cost = (armor value + adjustment) * 500

Seeing how certain armor is set for one size i propose an idea where smiths can change armor size for a certain fee. Of couse the same idea goes to where the smith can break the armor too since repair and making the armor to a different size is along the same lines. maybe a simple forumlar can be used like cost = (armor rating + armor matterial + smith skill) * 50
