Forrest Road / Eastbend Road Intersection
Eastbend and Forrest Roads intersect here.
Forrest Road, named after the park to the east, runs north and south.
Entrances to Pineridge Park lie both north and south of this
intersection. Many residential buildings lie along this road, too, as
people prefer living next to forested areas than downtown marketplaces.
Eastbend Road leads west into the heart of Gnomebarrow, where all sorts
of businesses can be found.
Obvious exits: north, south, west.
You see a fortune teller.

Mobs tick also. Some more and faster than others.

well its actually a tick bug. If you let a mob sit too long after it spawns, or you take to long to kill it, it will bug and be full again. Let a longshoreman sit for 2-3 mins, backstab it for 65 and its excellent instantly.

@bodhi: It's also happened when the mob is near death, and when stun wears off, it's in excellent again.
@disaron: Happened to me all the time. lol. Got kinda annoying, but i dealt with it. It just gets dangerous when the situation changes to stunning/casting.

there is a post somewhere about it. I think it has something to do with group xp? Bane has addressed it before.

Yeah, Disaron is correct. I want to say it all started back in the day when fighters complained about grouping. Since mobs never ticked, fighters got no xp cause they had to bash and circle.
Now the game is set up more fighter-friendly. Bash resets kick's timer so you can sit there for 2-3 minutes and wait for the mob to have the potential to tick. Bash to start the fight and then circle after the first hit. This will yield maximum experience for the group, while theoritically taking 1 hit.
