I'm looking for players to write me a newbie starting guide for the following cities: Highport, Sigil, and Oakspire.

Highport is easy, so you'll only get $25,000 for it.
Oakspire will be tough, so I'm offering $300,000 + a get out of Limbo free card.
Sigil should be relatively easy, so I'm offering $75,000.

This guide would be an object placed in the inventory of new characters and/or be available for purchase at some local store. It should contain simple directions around the city, a mention of the map on the website, info on training locations and good places to kill. Basically anything a new person would need to know to get them started.

Because Oakspire is new, whoever chooses to work on this area will also be required to make suggestions to me to improve it.
