Southbeach Avenue

Southbeach Avenue continues east and west.
To the north is the mayor's palace. Mayor Meiss is not
known for his humility. The grounds of the palace are
quite lavish. Some of the citizens of Highport don't
like how he spends their tax money. However, his
huge force of armed guardsmen often deter them from any
organized action.
Obvious exits: east, west, soup kitchen.
