This is some sort of command lag. I've experienced it before. It's like everything going from you -> server is up to speed, but somewhere in the server -> you, it gets lagged. There are 21 attempted flees, and 21 responses of "Please wait 3/2/1 second(s)". So that cancels out. However, there are 4 "c mends", but only 3 "Please wait 6/5 seconds". So there's a missing "Please wait 5 seconds", that needs to be processed before the "use hazy/smokey".

I *JUST* had the same thing happen to me..... unlike disaron im quicker on the hazy :P
