I died to a seraphic warrant officer even though I wasn't attacking it. I thought only the drow raiders are aggro?

if i'm not mistaken they assist a certain mob there.

There is a rather nasty little flag I invented long ago called "Random aggro", and u set an aggro % chance per update phase.......they might be set to that, but I can't remember.

Just remember that's always a possibility for mobs too

Those doppelgangers in Kenner are a perfect example of update aggro.

But yeah - me and Midori checked it out, the officers do assist other mobs in the room.

Warrant officers and Dwarven bosuns both assist Dauphine capts.

What sucked was that I was grouped with Duff and he attacked the dauphin captain. Then the drow raiders came in and I was killing those. But then the seraphic warrant officer hit me but I didn't know if was attack me. I thought it would first attack me then I would notice it and get a chance to flee or know about it.

Lets say your grouped with Duff and sitting in the BW clinic. He goes and attacks a captain and then flees, well if you walk in there and attack something else, like a gnomish bosun, then a seraph comes, it will attack you still, because you are grouped with Duff.
