Rowboat Dock

You are at the rowboat dock of Breakwater Point.
You are standing at the edge of the rowboat dock of Breakwater Point. In
front of you, several rowboats are lined up in the water, anchored to the
dock with a single rope. Each of the rowboats can carry up to four
passengers. The more talented the members of the boat are, the faster the
boat will move. Be warned though, that riders without oars will only slow
your boat down by adding extra weight!

yellow rowboat.
