Be warned, sea faring travelers a new dangerous area has opened up within the Crystal Bay! The Siren's Grotto can now be accessed by high level characters and has a number of challenging foes and quests to conquer.
You can find information on its location and quests by new NPCs in Breakwater and Bergen Cove.
The area is restricted to characters level 27 and higher and should prove to be fairly difficult for anyone daring to adventure in alone.

Underwater Grotto
You are in a deep underwater cavern.
Three peculiar orbs are present here and rotate between the east and
western reaches of the tunnel. It isn't clear what created them but a
strong magical force radiates from two of the three. The orbs bar
passage any further into the inner grotto and it appears that anyone
who wishes to go further must first find a way to go around, or
through, them. Given that the sea nymphs created the glowing
membranes to block tunnel openings it stands to reason that they
conjured these orbs as well. With that in mind, extreme caution
should be taken as the sea nymph magic has proven to be quite potent.
