Runelords no longer drop spirit potions. Generally speaking, mobs (particularly more difficult ones) should not be dropping an item that makes players resistant to that mob and negates virtually any danger of continued farming and endless self-sustain.

The spirit potion was not removed from the game and can now be found throughout the land from various champions against the undead (rather than undeads themselves).
