With v2.01 we've started cleaning up the code behind the scenes and have put in many bug fixes. Here are some of the changes to be aware of.

Channels:
Some tweaks have been made to channels to make them more versatile. While doing this we decided to get rid of the daily limit on broadcast and instead have put in spam checks. If this gets abused...Bane will not be pleased. Other than that you shouldn't really notice a difference.

Die:
The death code has been considerably cleaned up and will be much easier to maintain in the future. You shouldn't notice any difference right now, but if you find any unexplained bugs related to death please post them here.

I'm hoping the pet casting bug will be fixed in the next incarnation.

Broadcasts: Broadcast limits still show up in daily.

Deaths: Permdeaths are no longer displayed in color. Permdeaths also are being announced for permed mobs, such as each veteran bosun on the Seawolf. When in a party, if a non-leader strikes the killing blow, only his/her name is announced, without mention of the party leader "and his/her followers".

This is fixed, now.

2.01a changes:

It will no longer say you killed your pet on fade away.

Mobs will again drop wielded items.
