Shattering Weapons --> Crash?

Sometimes when I shatter a weapon, the game crashes. I thought at first it was only crafted weapons, but it also seems to happen with blackbranch crossbows. It might be coincidental since it doesn't happen 100% of the time with any particular weapon.

Meh...I'll run GDB again, but it never seems to want to crash when I run it!
