So I've noticed that some abilities are border-line impossible to raise. For example, with a skill such as charm, which you can only attempt every 10 minutes, it's absolutely impossible to raise. I don't really know a solution to this problem besides either considering lowering the timer for charm, or making some skills when they raise jump by more than 1 skill point.
You learn from your mistakes, you have become better at Charm!
--raises your charm point by a couple points (or more).
Anyone else have any abilities that they've figured are ridiculously difficult to raise?
Disarm is another one, but that's just a very odd timer..and is also worthless heh

I suspect lowering the timers might cause problems w/ balance amongst classes, but I think the chance of raising skills by a few points instead of just one might be something good to consider.
Right now, skills with longer timers are just impossibly hard to raise, causing them to be way below their level.
Ulp's berserk skill is at 100 or something (at level 36). Thankfully, it isn't a level based skill and the timer is reasonable ... but w/ the aura restriction and situational use (you probably don't want to use it when you're killing big things you'll have to flee from), it's hard to raise.
So, make 'skilldelay' represent the timer on the skill and have it give /6 of the timer for skill raise. So, a once every 30 minutes skill would raise it 5 points.
