Last few times I have killed him it has been empty. Doesn't seem to be respawning the loot.

I don't see any problems with Eisner - and I've heard reports of people going to kill Eisner, find he's not there, and grab the loot. That would explain why his loot is off-cycle.

I just did Eisner with Mithas and everything was there.
