I noticed that all of the blacksmiths in the game, at least all the ones I have gone to, now have a skill level of horrible. Can something be done to fix this??

It's next on the list... but when I have to go through and reset all their skills, which will suck. So if you remember certain mobs having certain skill levels (ie, the smithy in the mines being Godlike) you should post them here.

Saalventhis - Very Good
Bahldon Bouldershould - Master
Svirfneblin Smith (Magnethoron or something) - Godlike
Br the Blacksmith - Average

Smithies are working again.
