I went there to try and change some of my factions but they did nothing. I dont think this set of Goblins has had the faction setting added. Or I could be totally wrong and that this set does nothing.

Do you mean the goblins off corn fields in Hampton? If so, then you are correct; they're not flagged properly. Thanks for finding them! I should have them fixed this afternoon.
