bite works through stun, same with holyword, turn, and renounce

this really doesn't make sence to me.. if you bash u can't atk or cast, so what's the theory being able to bite turn or even holyword.?

I'm not sure about the nonphysical attacks (you can surely pronounce a holyword even if you're lying on the floor), but bite, being a physical attack, should be treated like regular attacks.

This has been fixed.

Bite now gets slowed down by the attack timer - so if you normally can't swing a weapon yet, you won't be able to bite anybody.
