Additional Race

I know this may be dumb, and more work than necessary, but I've always wanted a new race that had a specific ability adjustment. Namely, -dex +con.

-2 Dex
+2 Con

I'd like to see something aquatic, it would both explain the hardiness and the clumsiness. So many races see dex as a dump stat, and there's nothing (other than humans) that will reduce your dex without hurting other important stats like strength or intelligence. Since, no matter what class I am, if I'm taking a hit on dex I'll need either strength Vampires, Rangers, Paladins, Death Knights, ect. or intelligence Mages, Liches, Vampires, Rangers, Paladins, Death Knights, ect. Constitution seems like a good trade, since no matter what class you are it can be helpful and creates different builds since the racial adjustment doesn't hurt the con like it would otherwise.

You could call them Mero or Merfolk or even some kind of Lizard Men.

But, it all depends if people would really find that stat adjustment useful or not, and if people would want to be an aquatic race.

Ugh....too many races as it is! Perhaps in the future when things are better under control. I wouldn't count on stats being a basis for race in the future if I were you guys. We're trying to move away from the general idea of stat-based mordor crap.
