The Highport Council is bringing up three shops for review:

The following two shops have no items for sale and are therefore not paying taxes!
* Daerak's Shop on Westport Boulevard
* Huklebuc's Shop on Southbeach Avenue

The following shop still has items in it, but is not being maintained.
* Zty's Shop on Highport Main Street

If the respective owners of these shops are not interested in maintaining this space, they will be refunded the cost of the shop (minus taxes) and the location will become available for others to own.

Ownership of Zty's shop has passed to his next-of-kin, Mauzzkyl.

Daerak's and Huklebuc's shops have been demolished! You will now be able to build in these locations.

Unfortunately, the wrecking crew got carried away and Gank's shop was destroyed in the process. A construction crew was hired immediately to rebuild the shop, and Gank was compensated an unknown sum for the inconvenience.
