I was poking the ahoni(or whatever it's called) Island, and I kinda wandered into this post office/stables room with no exits :p

Tahbiti Stables

You are in a stable-like environment on the south side of Tahbiti,
There are no horses to be found in these stables, as one might expect,
as there are no horses on the island and an even lesser need for said
horses in the jungle. Instead, the stables are used to house other tame
animals that the islanders lay a claim to, mostly the colorful birds
found throughout the jungle. Many of these birds are capable of making
the long flight across the ocean to any of the major cities, and because
of such Isabella has turned this animal barn into a post office of
sorts. People can send messages back to the main land from here. The
birds are rumored to be quite skilled at the journey and people need
not fear that their messages will be lost.
Obvious exits: none.

All fixed. This is that mysterious memory corruption bug that's deleting exits.

I found and fixed one bug that MIGHT have caused this...we'll see if it clears up now or not.
