I picked the stats for Arctic with 17 15 18 3 3 and I ended up with 18 17 18 1 3. It put +2 for dex instead of con.

When I level the stats don't raise either. If you could plug in the stats 18 14 18 3 3 starting. That would be my starting stats. Thanks
