Storage rooms have been fixed... I wasn't aware they were broken until I peeked at the code. Player shops are still working, which is good news.

You must be atleast level 10 to purchase a storage room.
You must be atleast level 16 to purchase a player shop.

You are now also able to access your storage room from other cities besides Highport, currently Gnomebarrow and Sigil.
